FAQ

1) How big is the 360 platform?

WTL360 offers two platform sizes — a 31-inch platform for couples & small groups, and a 39-inch platform for larger groups and high-energy events. We recommend the 39-inch for parties, weddings, and events with 4+ guests per video.

 

2) How many people can fit on the platform?

Depending on the size you choose:

  • 31-inch: 1–3 guests

  • 39-inch: 1–5 guests
    For safety, we never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limits.

 

3) Do guests get their videos instantly?

Yes! Guests receive their videos within seconds through QR code, AirDrop, or direct download. Every video is branded with your event design and ready to post on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

 

4) Do you require a power outlet?

No — not always.
WTL360 can run fully wireless with our professional power-bank system when no outlet is available.
An outlet is preferred when possible, but not required.

 

5) Is travel included?

Yes — travel is included within our local coverage radius.
Events outside the radius may include a mileage fee, depending on the location.

 

6) What comes with the 360 booth setup?

Every WTL360 booking includes:

  • Professional 360 platform

  • LED lighting

  • Operator/attendant

  • Instant social-ready video sharing

  • Props (fun & themed)

  • Safety perimeter

 

7) How much space do you need?

We require a 10×10 ft space with level ground for the platform, lighting, and safety perimeter.

 

8) Can the booth be used outdoors?

Yes — with proper coverage.
We require the booth to be under a tent, canopy, or covered area to protect equipment from sun, rain, or wind.

 

9) Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a non-refundable deposit secures your date.
The remaining balance is due the week of your event.

10)What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

WTL360 allows cancellations made 14 days before the event for a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may qualify for a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not guaranteed a refund.

Rescheduling is allowed at no charge, as long as your new date is available.

 

11) Can I customize the video overlay?

Absolutely.
We design custom overlays to match your theme — weddings, birthdays, corporate events, quinceañeras, and more.

 

12) What if my event runs longer?

You can add more time at any point.
Overtime is billed in hourly blocks and depends on your event location.

 

13) Do you charge extra for props?

No — props are included in every package unless you request a specialty prop theme.
